How we work with agencies

Work orders

Send work orders by your usual method. We confirm receipt, quote if required, and book the job.

Access

We can collect and return keys from your office, or arrange access with the tenant directly when the property is occupied.

Photos

We take before-and-after photos and send them with completion, so you can update the owner and your records.

Reporting

If we find something outside the scope, such as rot, leaks or safety issues, we report it to you before doing extra work.

Licensed trades

We do not do electrical, plumbing, gas or structural work. We flag items in work orders that need licensed trades.

Minimum standards

Some Victorian rental minimum standards items are handyman work: window coverings, window latches and external door lock hardware. Others, such as heating and electrical safety, need licensed trades. Consumer Affairs Victoria publishes the current standards.
